Luxe Built began in 2019 under the name GR8 Home Improvements — a small, hands-on operation built on a straightforward belief: that great remodeling starts with great design and ends only when every detail is right. As the company grew and the work evolved, so did the name. In 2026, we rebranded as Luxe Built to better reflect the standard we had set for ourselves and the clients who trusted us with their homes.
What sets us apart is simple: we handle everything from the first design conversation to the final walkthrough, so you never have to manage the chaos in between.
We know that renovating your home is one of the most significant investments you'll make — financially and personally. These are the spaces where your family lives, grows, and makes memories. We don't take that lightly. Our goal on every project is the same: to hand you back a space that feels so right, it becomes your favorite room in the house.

Jon brings hands-on expertise and a personal touch to every client relationship, with deep roots in high-end residential construction and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project.
Away from the job site, Jon spends most of his time with his wife and five kids. When he can find a spare moment, you'll find him on the ice playing hockey or out on the golf course.

Operations Manager
Thom keeps every project running with precision — coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and logistics so that each build stays on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
When he's not managing a build, Thom is at home with his wife and two kids. Give him a free weekend and he's either perfecting his Texas-style barbecue or lacing up his skates for a hockey game.

Maria bridges design and execution — translating client vision into detailed plans and guiding each project from concept through completion with an eye for both aesthetics and practicality.
At home, Maria stays happily busy keeping up with her two kids, Cora and Veda.
